The Punisher and Spider-Man are going on a 13th century pilgrimage together. Jon Bernthal and Tom Holland star in Pilgrimage, a medieval thriller directed by Brendan Muldowney. It premiered at Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year, and will be released in theatres and VOD August 11th.
The film follows a group of monks who must journey to Rome to deliver the monasteries holiest relic. The relic turns out to have significant value and what was once a peaceful pilgrimage turns dangerous.
