Earlier this month, Crunchyroll announced that global music superstar and Grammy-nominated artist J Balvin would voice a vital role in English and Spanish in the current season of Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow-.
Today, it was announced that J Balvin would voice dungeon boss Kargalgan in Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-.
Referring to voicing the character, J Balvin said, “There is immense power in bringing a character like Kargalgan to life – his darkness, his fury, and his strength. Voicing him in Solo Leveling has been an incredible experience and tremendous honor.”
The English dub featuring J Balvin as the voice of Kargalgan premieres this Saturday, February 22,at 1 p.m. / 4 p.m. ET. The Spanish dub premieres next Saturday, March 1, at the same time.
J Balvin will voice Kargalgan alongside Aleks Le as Sung Jinwoo, Ian Sinclair as Choi Jung-In, Michelle Rojas as Cha Hae-In, and more.
