By now, we know that Avengers: Infinity War is going to feature a ton of major Marvel characters, including members from Guardians of the Galaxy making appearances.

In a recent interview, Star-Lord actor Chris Pratt has revealed that the Guardians cast will be on-screen alongside the Avengers.  Though not much has been revealed as to the specifics of their roles, they will be acting in a supporting role.  That’s understandable considering it is an Avengers movie, not so much a Guardians movie so the former will be in the spotlight.

Pratt reassured:

“We definitely will have a strong presence, but we are playing supporting cast – you know what I mean? We’re there to help them tell an awesome Infinity War story. But Guardians is cosmic. It is its own special off-shoot of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”

Even if they aren’t in the forefront of the movie, it’ll still be exciting to see these cosmic heroes interacting with fellow Marvel characters.

The star-studded cast includes Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Josh Brolin, Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie

Avengers: Infinity War is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
