Sonic fans, it’s time to put the red shoes back on!
Paramount Pictures and SEGA have dropped a new trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, showcasing Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails as they take on their most powerful foe yet—Shadow the Hedgehog.
Alongside the trailer, the studio announced an exclusive Opening Day Fan Event on Thursday, December 19th, giving fans the chance to see the film a day early in premium formats like Dolby Cinema, 4DX, D-BOX, and ScreenX.
A Thrilling New Chapter for Sonic
This holiday season, Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails team up to face Shadow, a mysterious new villain with abilities unlike anything they’ve encountered before. With their powers outmatched, Team Sonic must seek an unexpected alliance to protect the planet from Shadow’s destructive plans.
The film, directed by Jeff Fowler, features a star-studded cast including Jim Carrey, Ben Schwartz, James Marsden, Idris Elba, Tika Sumpter, and Colleen O’Shaughnessey, with newcomers Keanu Reeves as Shadow the Hedgehog and Krysten Ritter joining the franchise.
