John Cho, best known from the comedy Harold and Kumar, joins Sony’s The Grudge reboot — based on the original supernatural horror film released in 2004.
Details about Cho’s role has not been yet revealed, but Cho will be joining the cast alongside Demain Bichir (Alien Covenant) and Andrea Riseborough (Bloodline). Nicolas Pesce (Piercing) will be directing the film.
Ghost House heads the movie, while Sam Raimi (Ash vs Evil Dead) Rob Tapert (Don’t Breathe) are producing the movie — which is set to start production in May.
