The anime series Tokyo Ghoul is set to return in just a couple of weeks on April 3, 2018.  However, fans haven’t been given much footage or teasers in order to satiate them until then.  That is until now.

The series has recently released a new teaser trailer for the series that reveals and hints at what the new season may bring.  For starters, the trailer shows new fight scenes, new enemies, and new characters.  Fans can even see an emotional reunion.  More importantly, fans get to hear the opening theme of Tokyo Ghoul “asphyxia” by Co Shu Nie.

Tokyo Ghoul is directed by Odahiro Watanabe with Atsuko Nakajima designing the characters.  The series features voice talents of Natsuki Hanae (Haise Sasaki), Kaito Ishikawa (Kuki Urie), Yuma Uchida (Ginshi Shirazu), Natsumi Fujiwara (Tooru Mutsuki), Ayane Sakura (Saiko Yonebayashi), Mamoru Miyano (Shuu Tsukiyama), Yu Kobayashi (Kanae von Rosewald), Daisuke Namikawa (Arima Kishou), and Asami Seto (Akira Mado).
