Solo: A Star Wars Story is currently being promoted, as its premiere date is getting closer and we haven’t got that much information about the film. As part of the promotion, Disney released a handful of colourful, stylish posters, which apparently are plagiarizing the work of a French artist.

His name is Hachim Bahous, who designed a series of album covers for Sony Music France and that, according to him, were the layout followed by Disney’s Solo posters.

In a Facebook post, which has removed as of this moment, he shared a comparison shot with Disney’s work on one side and his own on the other, along with text saying:

“I am flattered that the quality of my work is recognized, but it is still pure and simple forgery, I have not been asked for my permission, I wish to be credited and paid for this work I have done for Sony!”

However, a spokesperson from Disney told The Hollywood Reporter that “the posters were created by an outside vendor and it’s something we are currently looking into.”
