Have you ever wished you could attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? Do you dream about taking classes such as Defence Against the Dark Arts, or Potions? Soon enough that dream can become a (virtual) reality!

Earlier this year there were rumors that a Fantastic Beasts video game was in the works, and while that hasn’t been confirmed yet, we do know that J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter franchise will be getting a new mobile game called Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. It is currently being developed by Jam City, an L.A. based mobile games studio, in partnership with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

The game will be released under Portkey Games–a label dedicated solely to the Harry Potter franchise, as well as other J.K. Rowling creations such as Fantastic Beasts. The upcoming augmented reality game “Harry Potter: Wizards Unite” is also being launched by Portkey, but it is being developed by Niantic Labs (who created Pokemon Go).

In the game, players will be able to create their own characters and live life as a regular Hogwarts student through the years. According to Warner Bros., some of the franchise’s most iconic professors and characters will make appearances in the game. It will be free to play, and it is set to be available through Google Play, Apple Store and the Amazon App Store in early 2018.

You can pre-register on the game’s official website here.
