The Harry Potter Universe is no strange to video games, as it has one in almost every platform -or at least the ones that existed when the movies were premiering- so is strange to realize that a movie from the franchise does not possess a video game of their own.

We’re talking about Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which premiered last year and made over $800 million at the box office. And the fact that it doesn’t have a video game feels odd, as it is one movie that seems fit for the video game treatment. Well, it appears that Warner has finally realized that.

According to the German USK site, there’s a video game on their list that goes by the name of Phantastische Tierwesen – Fantastic Beasts on German- for PlayStation 4 and PC, under Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

This seems like a long stretch as the publisher of the list -or Warner for that matter- have made no comment about it, but nonetheless, it’s exciting to think we might get a Fantastic Beasts video game next year, as we will also get the much-anticipated sequel of the new saga in the wizarding world.
