The Hulk is coming back and everyone better get ready. The upcoming issue of “Incredible Hulk 174” will start a brand new story for Amadeus Cho that is set to be titled “World War Hulk II”. In a statement regarding the issue, Executive Editor and SVP Tom Brevoort said:

“To survive on the savage world of Sakaar, Amadeus Cho was forced to unleash his darkest impulses! Returning to Earth, now The Hulk is at the wheel–and it’s a more unpredictable, more unconquerable Hulk than any we’ve seen before! The heroes of the Marvel Universe must intercede as the formerly Totally Awesome Hulk begins to carve his own path across the world.”

The comic will be drawn by Carlo Barberi and written by Greg Pak, who is one of the men responsible for creating the character in the first place. Marvel are even saying that this will be Cho’s “final fate” and that it will bring him to “his ultimate destiny”.

Cho succeeded Bruce Banner as The Hulk in “The Totally Awesome Hulk #1” and is also one of the first Asian American Marvel characters to have a comic where they are the title character.
