‘Jessica Jones’ Season 2 Wraps Production
Usually Marvel and Netflix take about six months to shoot a season for the series, but Jessica Jones‘s second season has finished production in just five months.
Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) took the time to celebrate over social media, confirming the completion of Season 2’s production. New addition Diane Gibson also seems to join in on the celebrating as well.
Somehow, even after his seemingly penultimate end last season, Kilgrave (David Tennant) looks to be returning in some form. There are photos of Kilgrave, not only tormenting Jessica, but supporting the character of Malcolm as well.
And let’s not forget, in late 2016, showrunner Melissa Rosenberg announced that all 13 episodes of the season will be directed by women. There is still no release date for the upcoming season, but we can assume a late 2018 date is upon us.
Until then, you can catch Ritter and the rest of the gang on The Defenders, which currently available to stream on Netflix.
