The new adaptation of Stephen King’s It just got an 8-bit tie-in game. It’s called It: Enter the Sewer, and takes place in the sewers were Pennywise lurks. The game is available to play already on the It website. In the game, you play as Georgie’s paper boat while avoiding obstacles, walls, and Pennywise.

In addition to the 8-bit game, Warner Bros. has also released an It virtual reality experience, named It: Float – A Cinematic VR Experience.

It (also known as It: Part 1 – The Losers’ Club) is intended to be part one of a two-part series. According to director Andres Muschietti,

“Part one is only about the kids. Part two is about these characters 30 years later as adults, with flashbacks to 1989 when they were kids.”

I got 10,200 as my high score on the It game before I gave up – let us know how well you did!
