The Walking Dead Season 8 Gets Premiere Date & New Promo Art
AMC has revealed new promotional art for The Walking Dead’s eighth season in the lead up to #SDCC17, which kicks off this week. The art, pictured below, features the Season 8 premiere date, amidst a Rick Grimes and Negan face off.

The date and art come days after production on the The Walking Dead picked back up, following the tragic death of stuntman John Bernecker on July 12.
Details concerning Season 8 remain under wraps, but official information is sure to be revealed once San Diego Comic-Con begins. The TWD cast will takeover Hall H again this year on Friday, July 21 from 12:15PM–1:15PM PT. While there, the show is expected to unveil the first footage from the new season.
Recently, Entertainment Weekly exclusively revealed the first photos from the next run of the series.

Rick’s group will return to battle Negan and his Saviors this fall on October 22.
