First Look and New Details of ‘Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie’
13 years have passed since the last season of Hey Arnold! and in this era of nostalgia, sequels and reboots, Nickelodeon couldn’t stay behind. Yesterday, through their YouTube channel, Nickelodeon released the first teaser trailer for Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie.

In the teaser, we found out that, even though for us it has been over 10 years, for the characters it’s only been one. They are no longer in the 5th grade, as they are starting the 6th, so the designers decided to “update” their outfits. Here are the new designs:

The series ended with a cliff-hanger in which Arnold finds a map in the back of his father’s journal, and this movie will serve as the continuation of that cliff-hanger and that map will play an important part in the development of the story, leading them in a journey to Central America.
The island we see in the teaser is the same island Arnold dreamt about in the episode “Parents Day”.
