Katrina Law Bringing Nyssa al Ghul Back to ‘Arrow’

Fresh off the news that Manu Bennett is returning to Arrow as Deathstroke comes word that another fan favorite is headed back to Star City.

Katrina Law is set to return as Nyssa al Ghul for several episodes. Her arc will lead to a fight between Nyssa and her sister Talia al Ghul, played by Lexa Doig.

This confrontation seemed inevitable from the moment it was announced that Talia al Ghul would be featured in season five.

katrina-law-stephen-amell-arrow — Nyssa (Katrina Law) and Oliver (Stephen Amell) are still married in the eyes of the League of Assassins.

When we last saw Nyssa, she had disbanded the League of Assassins and left to find her own path. She then returned to Star City for Laurel’s funeral.

Talia first appeared as Oliver’s mentor in Russia, however, it was soon revealed that she was supporting the evil Prometheus. She hates Oliver for killing her father Ra’s al Ghul.

While the two sisters have a lot in common and may be equally matched, Nyssa might have the edge since she spent more time training with the League of Assassins.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 pm on The CW.

Always excited to see Nyssa. Kinda wish (they probably won’t do this) there could be a crossover with Legends of Tomorrow for a NySara scene or two.
