The 2025 Marvel Studios slate is stacked with new movies and Disney+ series, bringing fans another epic year of superhero action.

Whether it’s a theatrical release, a new animated series, or a show on Disney+, there’s something for all Marvel fans this year. 

In 2025, things kick off with Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man. The new animated series will surely have viewers on the edge of their seats and has already received praise from those lucky enough to watch it early. 

Some of the other 2025 Marvel Studios releases include Captain America: Brave New World, Eyes of Wakanda, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Ironheart, and much more!

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man(January 29)

This brand-new animated series follows Peter Parker on his journey to becoming a hero, with a new take on the origin story unlike we’ve ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.

Featuring the voice talents of Hudson Thames, Colman Domingo, Eugene Byrd, Zeno Robinson, Grace Song, Hugh Dancy, and Kari Wahlgren, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is a series you don’t want to miss.

Captain America: Brave New World (February 14)

Sam Wilson, a.k.a. Captain America, finds himself in the middle of an international incident after meeting newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross. Wilson has to discover the reasoning behind a nefarious global plot before the mastermind has the entire world seeing red. 

Starring Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Harrison Ford, Liv Tyler, Giancarlo Esposito and Carl Lumbly, we’re excited to see where this next stop in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) takes us. 

Daredevil: Born Again (March 4)

In Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, fights for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavours in New York. Both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course when their past identities begin to emerge.

Starring Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Elden Henson, Deborah Ann Woll and Jon Bernthal, it’s only a few more weeks until new Daredevil content is upon us.

Thunderbolts* (May 2)

An unexpected group of antiheroes must join forces to stop an unknown threat. The team, led by assassin Yelena Belova, includes Ghost, Red Guardian, Taskmaster, U.S. Agent, and Winter Soldier. 

Starring Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Hannah John-Kamen, Olga Kurylenko, Wyatt Russell, Lewis Pullman, David Harbour, Geraldine Viswanathan and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, it will be interesting to see just what the Thunderbolts* get up to. 

Ironheart (June 24)

Taking place after the events in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Riri Williams returns to her hometown of Chicago, eager to make a name for herself. The young genius inventor draws the attention of a mysterious and charming stranger, Parker Robbins (a.k.a. The Hood). 

Starring Dominique Thorne, Anthony Ramos, Alden Ehrenreich, Manny Montana and Lyric Ross, we’ve marked our calendars to see what Ironheart has in store.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps (July 25)

The first family of Marvel will be back in action this summer. Set in a retro-futuristic timeline inspired by the 1960s, Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben must protect their home from a dangerous entity. 

Starring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Ebon Moss-Bacharach, Julia Garner and Ralph Ineson, The Fantastic Four: First Steps is set to make a welcome addition to the MCU.  

Eyes of Wakanda (August 6)

In Eyes of Wakanda, the Wakandan warriors, known as the Hatut Zarare, must carry out perilous missions worldwide to find artifacts made of vibranium. 

The voice cast for the mini-series is said to include Cress Williams, Winnie Harlow, Anika Noni Rose, Lynn Whitfield, Patricia Belcher, and others.

Marvel Zombies (October)

Set in an alternate timeline, as depicted in the first season of What If…?, Marvel Zombies follows several survivors as they battle superheroes and supervillains who have been turned into zombies. It will surely be a perfect Halloween season watch.

The voice cast for the animated series includes Iman Vellani, David Harbour, Simu Liu, Randall Park, Hailee Steinfeld, Dominique Thorne, and more.

Wonder Man (December)

The upcoming mini-series will follow Simon Williams, a superpowered actor and stuntperson, as he auditions for a lead role in a superhero television show. 

Created by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) and Andrew Guest and starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Ben Kingsley, Demetrius Grosse and Ed Harris, Wonder Man is currently slated to release this December to close out the 2025 Marvel Studios slate.
