Jordan Peele’s upcoming film Us continues to add stars to its cast, as it has been revealed that Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman, The GetDown, The Greatest Showman) and Anna Diop (Titans,24: Legacy, Bosch) will be joining Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke for the film.
Although plot and details of the film remain under wraps, Peele is writing and directing the pic, and is described to be a film with a social thriller tone and is based on Peele’s original idea.
Us is being produced via Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions, the first film produced as part of the deal they made with Universal. Alongside Sean McKittrick and Jason Blum, as well as Monkeypaw’s Ian Cooper.
