With production for Aquaman already underway in Queensland, Australia, all the actors are continuing to get ready for their roles.
Recently, Amber Heard and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II who play Mera and Black Manta respectively, have been training together for the film.
Heard posted a series of photos to her Instagram page which show her pulling Abdul-Mateen II whom she called “the best and worst wingman”.

With Abdul-Mateen II and Heard training together, perhaps it means that the pair will have some type of showdown in the film. But of course, we’ll have to wait for the movie to hit theaters before we find that out.

Aquaman is being directed by James Wan, best known for Furious 7 and has described the upcoming film as, “a classic swashbuckling action adventure, sort of high seas adventure story.”
