Based on the graphic novels by Charles Forsman, actress Wunmi Mosaku has been added to the cast of the upcoming drama, The End of the F***ing World.
The BAFTA Award winning Mosaku, will play Detective Teri Donaghue who is on the trail of a pair of on the run teenagers. The teens will be played by Alex Lawther and Jessica Barden.
Ouside of the United Kingdom, the show will be a Netflix Original, made by Clerkenwell Films and Dominic Buchanan Productions.
Commissioning editor Roberto Troni described the show as, “If David Lynch made a rom-com road movie about a pair of teen misfits in British suburbia it might look something like The End of the F**cking World.”
Mosaku’s other on-screen credits include Damilola, Our Loved Boy, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Black Mirror.
