Actress/comedian Tiffany Haddish is continuing her incredible momentum into 2018 by signing a first look deal with HBO.
The deal is with Haddish and her production company She Ready.
Haddish won awards and critical acclaim for her role in last summer’s Girls Trip. Her memoir The Last Black Unicorn became a New York Times bestseller and she was the first black female stand up comedian to host Saturday Night Live.
She is set to co-star with Tracy Morgan in the TBS comedy The Last O.G., which premieres April 3.
She will follow that up with the Kevin Hart comedy Night School, The Kitchen, based on the comic book, The Oath with Ike Barinholtz and The Temp.
As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also developing Limited Partners with Paramount.
There’s no word on what specific projects she will be working on with HBO.
