The Superman and Spider-Man reunite with the pair sharing the page once again as DC and Marvel continue their crossover publishing line through 2026.
The two comic book giants are rolling out both facsimile reprints of classic team-ups and brand-new one-shots that mark a major return for the world’s most iconic heroes.

Superman and Spider-Man Crossover Returns in 2026 with New Comics and Reprints
The celebration kicks off in January 2026 with Treasury Edition 50th Anniversary of Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man #1. Originally published in 1976, the oversized comic was the first official meeting between DC’s Man of Steel and Marvel’s Web-Slinger.
DC follows that release on February 4, 2026, with DC and Marvel Present: Superman and Spider-Man Treasury Edition #1, a facsimile of 1981’s Marvel Treasury Edition #28. Both editions bring long out-of-print stories back to shelves for fans old and new.
From there, the crossover shifts into fresh territory. In March, DC will release Superman/Spider-Man #1, followed in April by Marvel’s Spider-Man/Superman #1. These one-shot stories promise new adventures for the legendary duo, with creative teams to be announced soon.

The continuation of the DC/Marvel initiative marks 50 years since the original crossover and highlights a growing audience for comics across generations. Both publishers describe the collaboration as honoring a shared legacy while opening the door for a new era of storytelling.
Further announcements on writers, artists, and variant covers will come in the months ahead.
Fans can preorder through local comic shops and find updates at DC.com and Marvel.com.
