Sinnerscontinues to be the gift that keeps on giving for Ryan Coogler and Warner Bros. The horror movie saw a tiny 6% domestic box office decline during its second weekend in theaters, which turns out to be one of the smallest drops in history for a wide release. Sinners earned $45 million at the domestic box office after a $48 million debut. It remains to be seen how the blockbuster success holds on over the course of the next month. Ryan Coogler continues to impress the entertainment industry with the success of his intimate narrative about good people attempting to survive against vampires.
Sinners has now earned more than $161 million at the global box office. The entire world is falling in love with the story of Smoke and Stack (both played by Michael B. Jordan). The reported budget for the movie is around $100 million. If the world continues to embrace Sinners, the film will immediately turn out to be a massive success for Warner Bros. The studio is still enjoying the results obtained by A Minecraft Movie. The video game adaptation has now earned more than $800 million at the global box office.

The plot of Sinners follows two siblings who are trying to start a business in the middle of a segregated United States. The main characters never counted on a pack of vampires attacking their new place. With Sammie (Miles Catton), Mary (Hailee Steinfeld) and Annie (Wunmi Mosaku) by their side, Smoke and Stack have to save everyone from the claws of the immortal monsters. The result is a powerful narrative about freedom, the power of art and action-packed fight sequences. Ryan Coogler directed Sinners after taking on the Black Panther movies for Disney and Marvel Studios. The filmmaker also revived Rocky’s legacy with the release of Creed.
Sinners is now playing in theaters.
