The Television series Marvel’s “Cloak and Dagger” and “Runaways” could begin filming next month.
According to the development-tracking website SeasonZeroCom, cameras are expected to start shooting Feb. 15 in New Orleans on Freeform’s “Cloak and Dagger” and sometime the same month in Los Angeles on Hulu’s “Runaways.” However, this information hasn’t been confirmed.
Both shows still have not made any official casting announcements either, but that being said, if it’s true, we could be expecting some casting announcements very soon.
“Cloak and Dagger” centers around Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson, teenagers from different backgrounds who acquire superpowers. Tandy can emit daggers of light, while Tyrone can engulf others in darkness.
“Runaways” are about a group of kids who learn their parents are actually members members of the supervillain group the Pride. The children, some of whom inherited their parents’ abilities, steal their weapons and resources, and set out to take down the Pride.
