Third time is the charm… right?

Peyton List, whom we know as Raimy Sullivan in the show Frequency or as Lisa Snart in The Flash – and not to be confused with Peyton List from Jessie and Bunk’d– is the woman in charge to play Ivy “Pamela” Pepper -a.k.a Poison Ivy- for the third time in Gotham.

First, it was actress Clare Foley as Ivy for season one and two of the crime show, to be later recast with Maggie Geha in its third season.

This time, in its fourth season and with a new actress, Pepper will be a recurring character and will appear in early 2018.

When asked, Gotham producers were vague, to say something, about this change.

In the continuing evolution of Poison Ivy’s origin story, Ivy Pepper has been transformed once again taking another step toward becoming the Ivy we know from the comics. Dangerous. A live wire of crazy energy. She’ll set her sights on Gotham, intent on making the city her own green paradise.

Maybe this will mean Pamela will have a more prominent role in the show, but there’s still the question as to how is it going to be handled… will they mention the change at all or just brush it off as “nothing happened” and hope is not too noticeable?

We’ll just have to wait and see what Fox is preparing for Ivy in the season to come.
