The Guardians Of The Galaxy (GOTG), a group of cosmic adventurers with a loose grasp on the rulings and guidelines of galactic law.
Chris Pratt, who portrays the intergalactic outlaw and thief extraordinare “Star-Lord”, has posted a behind the scenes image on Facebook of Michael Rooker (Yondu), Karen Gillan (Nebula) and Pom Klementieff (Mantis) in full makeup and donning their iconic, albeit slightly updated, costumes.
The caption on the Facebook post read, “Here’s us backstage on set waiting to Guardian the Galaxy, can’t wait for you to see these three in the movie. #rooker and @karengillanofficial are back, bigger and badder then ever and introducing #mantis @pomin8r who absolutely crushes!”
Guardians of The Galaxy Volume Two blasts its way into theatres on May 5, 2017 and features Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Vin Diesel as Baby Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Michael Rooker as Yondu Udonta, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha, Chris Sullivan as Taserface, Sean Gunn as Kraglin, Glenn Close as Irani Rael and Kurt Russell as Ego.
