Netflix has locked down a film project which will star Lupita Nyong’o and Rihanna in a concept that started from a social media post that quickly went viral.

The post featured a picture of Rihanna and Nyong’o sitting next to one another at a Fashion Week event and Roxy Macdonald posted that the pair look like they’re in a heist movie.

According to Entertainment Weekly, sources say Netflix nabbed the project with a very aggressive bid, beating out all other potential companies. Netflix had no comment to make on the matter.

After both Nyong’o and Rihanna peeped the tweet and told one another they were in, fans quickly called on DuVernay to direct and Issa Rae to write the script. Check out the A-listers replies to one another below:

Sources say that Rae has already begun the scripting process. but there is no word on how faithful Rae will remain to the viral tweet or if it will be a new story altogether.
