Simmone Missick and Gabrielle Dennis appear in Luke Cage season two as Misty Knight and Tilda Johnson, the latter joining the show earlier this year alongside Mustafa Shakir, who’ll play John McIver, “a natural leader, brimming with charisma, whose mission is focused on Harlem and vengeance.”

Dennis character, Tilda Johnson, is described as “a brilliant, holistic doctor with a complicated history in Harlem where, as much as she tries to stay far from trouble, it seems to always find her,” who, in the original source material, operated as Nightshade as well.

Danny Rand, a.k.a The Immortal Iron Fist who-won’t-shut up-about-it, is also reported to appear in season two, alongside the original cast consisting of Colter, Missick, Rosario Dawson, Alfre Woodard and Theo Rossi.
