During the recent Marvel’s Runaways panel at Madison Square Garden, attendees got the first look at a new character who will be joining the comic-based television show. A familiar face to those who have read the series, Topher, a crafty teenager who joins the Runaways, will be played by actor Jan Luis Castellanos.
“I’m super grateful to be joining the Marvel/Hulu/Runaways family,” Jan stated. “It has been a dream come true. Topher is a tough and complicated kid, and it was very exciting to bring him to life. I can’t wait for you all to meet him!”
The first official released image of Castellanos as Topher can be seen below:
Castellanos’ previous work includes commercials and campaigns for Adidas, Abercrombie & Fitch and Coppertone. This is his first major foray into acting.
