Proud Mary follows Mary, a hitwoman, who begins to reconsider her life when she saves a young boys life. The young boy was orphaned by Mary, his father was a drug boss she was hired to kill. A hitwoman who develops maternal feelings for a young orphan does not sound like a bad idea.

Proud Mary is a Scree Gems feature directed by Babak Najafi, scripted by John Stewart Newman and Christian Swegal. The film will be released Janurary 12th 2018.
