The announcement that the new Powerpuff Girl would be black, sent a ripple through the animation world. The Cartoon Network reboot of its popular series would finally have a more representative cast.
There’s been a lot of speculation about how the newest hero would fit in with sisters Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. Well, the network has put those questions to rest with a Tweet “welcoming Bliss to the family.

Bliss has the signature Powerpuff Girls outfit, long blue hair and a headband with a heart pendant.
Her violet uniform is similar to that of Bunny, a previous Powerpuff Girl who sadly died on the original series.
The episode The Power of Four will introduce Bliss to fans, and begins airing Sept. 17.
