As if fans aren’t already excited about the highly anticipated Avengers: Infinity War film finally being released in theaters nation wide, now even more Marvel news is circulating the airwaves giving fans more to be anxious about.
What news is that, you ask? Well, its our first look at Nick Fury in next year’s Captain Marvel film starring Brie Larson. The photos come courtesy of Hollywood Pipeline who posted a series of images from the set of Captain Marvel. The movie will be the first MCU film with a female lead and not only that, it will be set in the 90s. Check out a few of the photos below:
Since the film is set almost twenty years before the start of the Marvel Cinematic Universe we are familiar with, we get to see Nick Fury before the eye patch and the bald head. Perhaps his interaction with Carol Danvers will be the catalyst for his mission to make sure that Earth has a line up of its “Mightiest Heroes” to fight other-worldly threats.
