In addition to a brand new suit, our favorite red speedster will also be getting a new villain to try it out on. According to recently revealed photos from the set, it seems that a certain Miss Rebecca Sharpe a.k.a. Hazard will be making a visit to Central City when The Flash returns for its fourth season this fall.

Hazard made her first DC Comics appearance in Infinity Inc. #34, wanting to avenge the death of her grandfather (the original Gambler) and becoming a member of Injustice Society. Her abilities include psionic powers that allow her to change the probability of any situation.
Fans were quick to recognize Hazard’s signature casino outfit and since it’s not entirely clear on exactly how she gained her powers, this gives free range to both the writers and the actors to run with her as far as they want.
