The Men in Black are the best-kept secret in the universe, dealing with aliens and extraterrestrial relations on earth. But, what isn’t a secret is that Emma Thompson will be joining the Men In Black spinoff and she’s to reprise her role as the chief organizer of the agency, Agent O.
Thompson first entered the agency of extraterrestrial handling in Men In Black 3 which came out in 2012. There, she acted alongside Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, both of whom are iconic to this alien series. In the spinoff, Thompson will be joined by Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth, and the reboot is set to begin filming later this month in London.
As of now, not much else is known. Like the Men in Black, Thompson’s character’s plot and details are still secret. But as filming continues, we’re sure some light will be shed on what’s to come.
The film is slated for release on June 14, 2019.
