David Sakurai will star the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Sequel.
Sakurai will play Krall, the ambitious and sulky henchman of Johnny Depp’s Grindelwald.
The film will take place only a few months after the first film. Grindelwald will be the focus of this second film, and Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) will enter the picture to help capture the evil wizard. As the focus will be on their relationship and Grindelwald’s mission, Sakurai will surely get his fair share of screen-time as his henchmen.
This casting is an encouraging step forward for the inclusion of racial diversity in major blockbusters, granted this is a supporting role, this is still a nice addition to the cast.
