A Korean blogger named Glayer made a short, 28-second tribute to Overwatch‘s resident gamer-girl, D.Va, in the style of the opening to a popular anime called Himouto! Umaru-chan.
Now, about a year later, he has successfully completed the entirety of the 1:30 long tribute. He’s absolutely nailed every single detail, down to the different 2D, 3D, and even 8-bit animation styles.
For the die-hard fans of Overwatch, you’ll even get a glimpse at some of the other heroes in one of the scenes. Here is the anime’s original for comparison:
