One of the most highly-anticipated upcoming Marvel Studios films is Black Panther and although it isn’t being released until February of next year, it hasn’t stopped fans of the character from wanting to know more about the impending movie. And finally, we have some more news to share with you.
The synopsis of Black Panther has been revealed. According to License! Global magazine, the revealed rundown hints at Martin Freeman’s character, Everett K. Ross, having a role bigger than his past one in Captain America: Civil War and teases a battle between T’Challa, the Dora Milaje and the film’s antagonists.

After the events of Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country’s new leader. However, T’Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from fractions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakandan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman in the title role, alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, Florence Kasumba, Martin Freeman, Sterling K. Brown, Andy Serkis Winston Duke, Daniel Kaluuya, and Forest Whitaker.
