Iconic. That’s the status every hero aspires to achieve. After almost 17 years, we’ve seen the MCU give life to some of the most iconic characters in the history of superhero cinema.
Now, the legacy of Ironman will persist through a future icon: Riri Williams – aka The Invincible Ironheart!
First introduced in the MCU in Ryan Coogler‘s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams gave audiences a fantastic look at the incredible brilliance of the gifted prodigy, as she showcased her impressive suits of armor to the Wakandans and Talokans.

Now, picking up a couple of years later, Riri has returned to MIT, and looking to fund her next generation of armor suits to become the hero she’s meant to be. Her endeavors lead her to strike a deal with Anthony Ramos’s Parker Robbins – aka The Hood- a genius criminal with ties to the supernatural side of the MCU.
As with Wakanda Forever, Coogler serves as an executive producer for the series. However he’s not alone. Recently we were given the opportunity to chat with two of Coogler’s peers: renowned executive producers Sev Ohanian and Zoie Nagelhout.

Between Ohanian and Nagelhout we were able to discuss some of the Easter eggs that await fans in Ironheart, as well as the casting process and the future of where Riri’s series will lead to.
