May God Save The Queen. This month Netflix has not one but two projects that centre on iconic queens from human history—starting with the romanticized fictional account of Queen Charlotte’s courtship with King George. The Bridgerton spin-off will help fans survive another year of waiting for season 3. Then we have Jada Pinkett-Smith’s docu-series exploring some African queens; this month, we are reintroduced to Queen Cleopatra.

Netflix is still investing heavily in South Korean content, so we have Black Knight this month. On the anime front, we have the end of Ultraman. The big Netflix original film of the month is the Jennifer Lopez-led The Mother. We have quite the slate on the reality TV front, from the return of The Ultimatum featuring queer couples to Queer Eye to Selling Sunset and finally, Young, Famous & African.

Lastly, we cannot forget the delight that is the To All The Boys universe expanding, with Kitty Covey taking on the lead role in XO, Kitty.
