The Scream franchise continues to grow. Now a box office hit, the iconic franchise adds another blockbuster to its series. A win for 2022 and horror fans. 

Before the film’s release, Geeks of Color was able to chat with Melissa Barrera and Jack Quaid, who play Sam Carpenter and Ritchie Kirsch, on what fans can expect from the fifth film and what it’s like to go from being part of the Scream fandom to the Scream franchise.
