Netflix has officially confirmed that it will be adding Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender to its US catalog on May 15!

Earlier today, the official NX on Netflix account (@NXOnNetflix) tweeted: “Yip yip.” This might sound like gibberish to some, but it means so much more to me and other Avatar fans. It means our favorite flying bison is about to do his thing and fly! Of course, the fandom lost its cool. A few moments later, the page confirmed that the best TV show ever is coming to Netflix.

The animated series was a fan-favorite, and to be able to watch all three seasons via Netflix will certainly have many fans elated. For those who are unfamiliar with the series, it seems that May 15 will be a good time to learn.

The animated series aired on Nickelodeon for three seasons and centered around the journey of Aang, the Avatar and last survivor of the Air Nomads.
