The beta for Soulcalibur VI will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One only. It goes live next weekend on Friday, September 28 at 8 AM EST. Soulcalibur VI’s beta shuts down on Sunday, September 30 at 8 PM EST.
Unfortunately, Bandai Namco hasn’t offered information on what to expect from the beta. Therefore, details regarding the character selection and number of characters available remain unknown. However, given that online stress tests of this nature never feature the full roster, such expectations should be tamed.
That said, fans are still likely to find fun in diving into the highly-anticipated fighter before the official launch, which arrives in a few short weeks. Soulcalibur VI hits the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on October 19, 2018.
