Thus far, details about Sony’s forthcoming Men in Black reboot have been slow in rolling out, especially where the narrative is concerned. It’s no surprise, then, that we have yet to see any official images. But worry not, the first look of Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson on set of the film has surfaced.
Slashfilm writer Chris Evangelista posted the following on his Twitter page:
Both Hemsworth and Thompson look incredible in their Men in Black attire. Unfortunately, the wait to see more could be a long one. Again, details are relatively scarce; however, the casting announcements continue to impress.
Starring alongside Hemsworth and Thompson in the F. Gary Gray-directed film are Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, and Liam Neeson. Recently, Men in Black alum Emma Thompson joined the cast, too, reprising her role as the agency’s chief organizer, Agent O. Whether or not other stars from the franchise’s past are set to return remains a mystery.
Men in Black opens in theaters next summer on June 14, 2019.
