DC Animated Movies Slate Includes Wonder Woman Film 10 Years After Her First & ‘Batman: Hush’

Following the world premiere of The Death of Superman, DC released a new slate for its upcoming animated films. Following the DoS storyline, part two, Reign of the Supermen, will be released in 2019 and focus on what happens after Superman’s death.

The second film in the 2019 animated line-up is Justice League vs. The Fatal Five and coming third is Batman: Hush, based on the popular comic storyline which included notable Batman villains: Poison Ivy, Ra’s Al Ghul and the Joker.

However, some of the most exciting news comes in the form of Wonder Woman. The DC heroine is set to have her first animated film 10 years after her first film back in 2009. Diana, Princess of Themyscira, will take center stage once again in Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.

Details about the impending Wonder Woman animated film are yet to be released but are expected some time next year.
