Bridesmaids actress Rose Byrne is in negotiations to star in Limited Partners alongside Tiffany Haddish.

The Paramount comedy will be directed by Miguel Arteta and was written by Sam Pitman and Adam Cole-Kelly.

The story tells of two women who create a beauty products company. When a tech company (think Amazon) makes a multimillion-dollar overture, their friendship is tested.

Haddish will play the friend eager to sell so she may retire in the Caribbean, and Byrne will play the practical one not easily swayed by the money.

Byrne has a very impressive career as a comedic actress. Her most notable roles include in Paul Feig’s Bridesmaids and Spy. Byrne also starred alongside Zac Efron and Seth Rogen in the Neighbors films and she has worked on an array of comedies from indies to blockbusters, but this may be the most exciting comedic pairing yet.

Catch Byrne next in indie rom-com Juliet, Naked where she re-teams with Bridesmaids co-star, Chris O’Dowd in theaters August 17.

Haddish can be seen next in Night School, where she stars opposite Kevin Hart. In theatres September 28.

Limited Partners is set to start shooting in October.
