First Look: ‘Wonder Woman 84’ Photos Confirm Steve Trevor’s Return

With the highly anticipated sequel for Wonder Woman currently filming just a year after the first film’s initial release, it was only a matter of time before something official was shared with fans. First we got what is believed to be the new logo and of course, the setting. But now we have the first glimpses Steve Trevor and Diana, herself.

Those of you who’ve seen the first film, know that Steve sacrificed himself. But as any comic book reader knows, many main characters don’t remain dead for too long. However, in Steve Trevor’s instance, we don’t know why he is back as details of the script are still shrouded in mystery.

Director, Patty Jenkins shared the picture of Chris Pine as Steve Trevor below (please note the undeniably 80s fashion).

Steve Trevor was not the only photo reveal fans received this morning. Another image  shows Diana Prince standing in front of many television screens (giving off some Brother Eye-like vibes). Check out the photo below:

Shooting locations for the Wonder Woman sequel include: Washington, D.C.; Alexandria, Virginia and the U.K., Spain, and the Canary Islands.

Joining Pine and Gal Gadot for the sequel are Kristen Wiig as the villainous Cheetah and Pedro Pascal in an undisclosed but “pivotal” role.
