One Piece: World Seeker Shows off Stunning Scenery in Latest Trailer
One Piece: World Seeker has received yet another trailer, this time giving us our first glance at the game’s various environments.
Although it was previously uncovered that World Seeker will take place on a singular never-before-seen island called “Jail Island.” Despite the oppressive name, today’s trailer showed off the game’s grand and diverse environments. Ranging from eerie chambers to a vibrant downtown area, the trailer shows off a world fit to be a part of the One Piece Universe. Along with this, the trailer introduced a new “detective mode,” similar to what would be seen in the Arkham games, allowing Luffy to see enemies from afar as the world darkens and their silhouettes begin to shine.
While this and a few other actions closely related to the stealth genre are present in the trailer, it still looks like we’ll get the Luffy we all know and love. As he is seen heedlessly charging into a mob of enemies, hitting one after another using a helicopter-like attack.
As of this trailer the Straw Hat crew, Tashigi, Smoker, Sabo, Rob Lucci, and Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji from Germa 66 are all confirmed to play a role in Luffy’s adventure. Who would you like to see One Piece: World Seeker? Drop a comment and let us know!
