“The Wolf Among Us 2” Gets Delayed To 2019
The Wolf Among Us 2 has been anticipated by fans to come out later this year but, fans now have to wait for the game even more. Telltale Games has announced The Wolf Among Us 2 will be delayed until 2019. They announced why the game was delayed to next year when it was supposed to come out later this year.
“This delay comes as the result of a few fundamental changes here at Telltale since we first announced the game last summer. Most importantly, we’re committed to exploring new ways to tell our stories. Taking this extra time will allow us not only to focus on quality but also to experiment and iterate in order to craft something truly special.”
With this reasoning, we probably will see what these changes are at Telltale later this year. The end of last year Telltale Games released 90 employees which might contribute to the delay.
The Wolf Among Us is based on a DC Comic series from their Vertigo label. The original game was released in 2013. The game was released in episodes over the span of five episodes. The game has received critical and fans praise while also winning a DICE award.
