EA Announces ‘The Sims 4: Seasons’ Expansion

In a surprise announcement, EA has told fans that it’ll be continuing a Sims tradition – The Sims 4: Seasons expansion will be coming to PC next month.

Just like in previous iterations of the Seasons expansion, the game will incorporate Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall, along with weather conditions that will make gameplay more interesting and holidays that your Sims can celebrate.

The expansion also boasts some new changes to distinguish the Sims 4 version from its predecessors. Players will now be able to create their own holidays, which allows for more event-focused and family-style playing. The expansion also boosts the gardening skill, changing how it works with the shifting seasons, and allows Sims to pursue gardening as a career.

EA released a trailer to show off some of the expansions new functionality:

The Sims 4: Seasons comes to PC on June 22. Are you going to pick up the new expansion? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to share some screenshots of your Sim household!
