The acclaimed actress has signed on to star in John Wick 3, opposite of lead Keanu Reeves.
The story picks up after the events of Chapter 2, which sees Wick, a former assassin who tried and failed to live the quiet life, with a $14 million price tag on his head and an army of bounty-hunting killers on his trail. After killing a member of the shadowy international assassin’s guild, the High Table, John Wick is excommunicado, but the world’s most ruthless hitmen and women await his every turn.
Chad Stahelski will be back behind the camera for the third installment, as he lead the first two movies.
Details about Berry’s character have been under wraps, but “sources” say she will not be the film’s villain. Berry also confirmed her role via Instagram. Check it out below:
You can catch Berry alongside Reeves when the film hits theaters next year on May 17th.
