Looks like the city of Riverdale just got a whole lot bigger for a while.

Vanessa Morgan, who plays Riverdale‘s Toni Topaz, and Charles Melton, who plays Reggie after 13 Reasons Why‘s Ross Butler exited the role, have been promoted to series regulars ahead of season three.

What that means for these fan favorites? We’re not sure other than the fact that season three promises a much bigger role for the two actors.

Morgan is best known for her role as Beatrix “Bird” Castro in the MTV teen drama Finding Carter. Before Riverdale, Melton guest starred in Glee and American Horror Story.
